Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Attic Projects. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and allocation of non-personnel facility assets, including vehicles, equipment, and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the facility's fleet of vehicles and ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Oversee equipment inventory management and maintenance, including tracking and reporting lost or damaged equipment.
  • Manage T&TE inventory and ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Supervise material handling and inventory management, including staging and loading company vehicles for next day's scheduled projects.
  • Clean and organize the warehouse at the end of each day.
  • Implement asset management plan development and implement asset management policies.
  • Document and track issues or concerns regarding materials or equipment.
  • Train and oversee warehouse associates.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, with a strong understanding of inventory control, asset management, and material handling.
  • Proven experience in supervising a small team of warehouse staff, including training and overseeing their daily tasks.
  • Familiarity with managing and maintaining vehicles, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to meticulously document and track issues or concerns regarding materials or equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage the staging, loading, and unloading of company vehicles and the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
