Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Braeburn. In this role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day Sales Operations support, including Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM), customer master, roster management, data analysis, reporting, targeting and call planning, and incentive compensation.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, presentation, and planning skills, with a proven ability to analyze data, identify operational needs, and implement improvements. Experience with supporting CRM, reporting, and Master Data Management (MDM) systems is required, as well as knowledge of pharmaceutical syndicated data.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer master change requests.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity within Salesforce CRM and other systems, and that customer data is kept up-to-date and aligned with sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain sales rosters.
  • Support Sales Operations initiatives, including sales meetings and communications, budget planning and reporting, and customer inquiries.
  • Create standard and ad hoc reports and analyses to provide actionable insights.
  • Investigate and resolve field inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new sales team members and provide ongoing education on Sales Operations topics.
  • Partner with and support first-line managers and their teams to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1+ years of pharmaceutical Sales Operations, Sales Planning, or similar experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify operational needs, and implement improvements.
  • Experience with supporting CRM, reporting, and Master Data Management (MDM) systems.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical syndicated data.
What We Offer

Braeburn offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and accountable start-up environment.
