Program Scheduler/EVMS Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Scheduler/EVMS Analyst to join our team at Keenbee Talent Solutions. As a Program Scheduler/EVMS Analyst, you will play a critical role in the development, maintenance, and integration of program plans and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Schedule Development: Develop, maintain, and integrate program plans and schedules to ensure compliance with EVMS requirements.
  • EVMS Compliance: Ensure that programs comply with EVMS requirements and provide recommendations to project managers and senior management regarding scheduling conflicts/changes.
  • Schedule Coordination: Coordinate and consolidate schedules to ensure all detailed work plans are consistent with scheduling policies and included in the Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems and provide objective-oriented recommendations utilizing EVMS guidelines and general policies.
  • EVMS Training: Coordinate EVMS training activities for project personnel and provide direct support to the Program Management Office and Control Account Managers on the planning and implementation of EVMS Processes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Science, or a technical degree related to manufacturing or engineering.
  • Experience: 9+ years of relevant experience with proven use of MS Project as a primary management tool and past experience in management in a government acquisition organization.
  • Skills: Expert-level knowledge of MS Project, experience with MS Project Server, and proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Security Clearance: An active high-level DoD clearance is required.
