The University of New Mexico is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join its IT Applications Development Operations Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the Intake process and workload operation of our critical enterprise application portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial analysis of incoming requests and collaborate with staff to ensure timely processing according to KPIs and customer expectations.
- Present projects to the leadership team and coordinate with IT Applications Team, Leadership, and Requestors to schedule work, resources, and schedules.
- Support the Governance Process for Projects by leading the Intake workload management for the Development and Operations teams.
- Develop and update IT Applications standards and documentations as applicable.
- Minimum of 60 college-level credit hours or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Strong communication, team, customer relations, and organizational skills.
- Experience working closely with customers to understand their needs and translating those needs into technical solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex issues from a business and technical perspective.
