Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Controls Analyst/Risk Manager to contribute to the management of an Integrated Site Schedule (ISS) and oversee technical and programmatic risk management for a significant modernization initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert technical support to the Federal Program Manager (FPM) and collaborate with various Defense Programs and Department of Defense organizations.
2. Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (NIMS) by consolidating individual site project summaries and detailed schedules.
3. Compile and analyze data from multiple sites, preparing comprehensive reports to support program operations.
4. Conduct risk management activities, including the identification, assessment, and monitoring of risks and opportunities that may impact the program.

Essential Qualifications:
- Active DOE Q or DOD Top Secret clearance is required.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant project controls experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 8 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Primavera/P6 and advanced knowledge of nuclear weaponry is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in preparing briefings for senior management.

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification and experience in military or government sectors.
- Familiarity with project management best practices and tools, including Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles.

This role requires a proactive individual capable of thriving in a dynamic environment, effectively interfacing with senior federal and military personnel.
