This internship spans 10 weeks and encompasses both formal and experiential learning, community service, and networking opportunities.

- Strong communication skills, adaptability to change, and teamwork capabilities
- Coursework in data analytics and financial modeling is advantageous
- Leadership experience beyond academic settings
The annualized base pay range is primarily determined through analysis of comparable positions in the external market. Actual compensation may vary and could be above or below the listed range based on factors such as performance, proficiency, and demonstration of necessary competencies for the role. Base pay is just one element of The Hartford's comprehensive compensation package, which may also include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and immediate recognition.
