Finance Leadership Development Associate

Our Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a three-year talent development program that combines formal and experiential learning with coaching, mentoring, and feedback to help you develop into a future finance leader.

We're seeking students expecting to graduate in May 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Insurance, and/or International Business. You'll need a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher at the time of graduation and a record of high achievement, analytical thinking, initiative, and process improvement. Strong communication, change agility, and team skills are also essential. You'll have the ability to analyze and reason through complex problems and make sound recommendations in a fast-paced environment. Leadership experience outside of the classroom is a plus.
CompensationThe listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency, and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is: $62,560 - $93,840
