Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Manage all aspects of the restaurant to ensure we are the 1st Choice for our Guests and Employees.
  • Sales and Profits: Meet budgeted sales and profits by analyzing data and developing plans to improve sales and profits and increase restaurant service and efficiency.
  • Staffing and Training: Determine staffing needs, hire the right candidates, and train Team Members and Managers on operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure shifts are properly staffed to guarantee consistent operations and Guest satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Safety: Identify and respond to complaints and policy and procedure violations, and ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean, and fun environment for our employees and Guests.

Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Preferred Food Safety Certified.
  • Experience: Over 2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
  • Skills: Basic math skills, Microsoft Office, and general systems experience.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong verbal and written communications skills, ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours, and high energy to keep up with our fast-paced environment.
