Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Oversee the Apple Department team, including hiring, training, and developing team members.
    • Coordinate sales promotions with the Home Office and execute in-store promotions.
  • Customer Service
    • Assist customers in finding computer products and provide solutions-based selling.
    • Develop strategic partnerships with campus contacts and key decision-makers.
  • Inventory Management
    • Evaluate and propose orders to achieve sales goals and ensure inventory levels meet vendor requirements and campus expectations.
    • Manage special order functions and notify customers.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Monitor sales trends and report to leadership.
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of current computer/technology products and industry trends.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in retail management or a related field.
  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • Advanced computer products knowledge and experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
