Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Oversee the Apple Department team, including hiring, training, and developing team members.
- Coordinate sales promotions with the Home Office and execute in-store promotions.
- Customer Service
- Assist customers in finding computer products and provide solutions-based selling.
- Develop strategic partnerships with campus contacts and key decision-makers.
- Inventory Management
- Evaluate and propose orders to achieve sales goals and ensure inventory levels meet vendor requirements and campus expectations.
- Manage special order functions and notify customers.
- Operations and Administration
- Monitor sales trends and report to leadership.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of current computer/technology products and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in retail management or a related field.
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- Advanced computer products knowledge and experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.
