Data and Reporting Manager

Job Summary:

The Data and Reporting Manager will oversee the development and implementation of data reporting systems, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery to stakeholders. This role will also be responsible for data visualization, system access management, and faculty profile change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data reporting systems, including data visualization and dashboard creation
  • Manage system access for faculty and staff, ensuring compliance with university policies
  • Oversee faculty profile change management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Collaborate with the IT department to resolve access-related issues
  • Design and customize analytical reports based on data in the database
  • Communicate data insights to stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and leadership

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience
  • Ability to learn university systems and software
  • Documented experience working with databases, Tableau, and other data visualization software
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
