Key Responsibilities
  • Valuation Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive valuation strategy that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Team Management: Build and lead a dynamic team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality work products.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the quality control process, ensuring that all work products meet our company's standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Business Development: Participate in business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree in Business Administration preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of real estate valuation experience, with a strong background in leadership and supervision.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Active Certified General Appraiser License required. MAI designation or candidate preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Travel: Must be able to travel to asset tours.
  • Communication: Must be able to communicate clearly in person, over the telephone, and via email.
  • Visual Acuity: Must have visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens.
