Job Title: Senior Vice President of Asset Management

Wintrust Asset Finance is a leading equipment-focused financing group that offers sophisticated loan and lease products to commercial companies across various industries. As a Senior Vice President of Asset Management, you will play a vital role in providing leadership to the managed assets department, supervising a team of associates, and shaping the efficient management of the company's managed assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize revenue through maximizing remarketing inventory, managing the end of lease process, forecasting, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Develop plans to collect overdue payments, establish goals and targets for the collection of payments.
  • Establish a consistent strategy for executing payment plans and negotiating settlement agreements.
  • Employ, train, and develop team members.
  • Work closely with Credit, bank stakeholders, and Sales teams on equipment valuations, collection strategies, end of lease terms, and remarketing of assets upon lease expiration or repossession.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in collections and managed assets.
  • Knowledge of collection laws and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Deep understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
