Job Summary:

The Event Execution Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional event execution for clients by effectively and efficiently performing pre-event, throughout event, and post-event duties.

This role requires a strong understanding of event setup, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The Event Execution Specialist must be able to perform a variety of duties while maintaining a professional, fun, and friendly attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Event Setup: Perform event setup according to desired event floorplan and secure event equipment and peripherals required for events as stated on Equipment Pull Form(s).
  • Event Execution: Ensure cleanliness and count accuracy prior to departing for the event location, make logical equipment substitution/replacement selections when needed, and note accordingly.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure rented equipment is ready and accurate for scheduled events, load and unload equipment and other items as needed, and perform services during the event as required.
  • Event Breakdown: Perform event breakdown duties, including breaking down, loading, accounting for, returning, and storing equipment to the warehouse and rented equipment appropriately.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a congenial and cooperative attitude toward members, guests, and fellow colleagues throughout events.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform light repair and maintenance, cleaning, and side work as needed, and perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
  • Experience: At least two years of related experience required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout facilities, ability to lift up to 15 pounds, and ability to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment and buildings.
