We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all field activities of our team and subcontractors. This role will assist in ensuring contract requirements are met while adhering to safety, budget, and schedule goals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Site Management: Assist in overseeing and managing all field activities of DEW employees and subcontractors.
  • Communication: Provide timely input/feedback to customers, build and maintain positive work relationships, and ensure new employee orientation.
  • Quality Control: Establish and maintain an on-site quality construction control program, maintain compliance with State, Federal, and Local agencies, and ensure all documentation of pre-installation, during installation, and post-installation.
  • Safety: Ensure compliance with the Company's Safety and Loss Control Program and EEO programs on all assigned projects, prepare the site-specific safety plan with the Safety Director, and coach employees and subs on the importance of and how to work safely.
