Senior Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Project Manager to lead diverse projects involving multidisciplinary teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting project metrics and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Maintain and grow key client relationships
- Develop and implement project strategies, define scope, evaluate risks, and manage budgets
- Supervise internal project teams and subcontractors
- Interact with regulatory agencies and oversee technical engineering work for land or site development projects
- Bachelor's degree in civil/geotechnical engineering; advanced degree preferred
- 10-20 years of experience in land development, geotechnical/civil-site engineering, and construction review, with 4-7 years as a Project Manager
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in at least one New England state, with potential for reciprocity in others
- Ability to travel to projects within New England and New York
- $120,000 - $150,000 per year
