Classroom Support Specialist

Responsibilities
- Provide support to classroom teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Assist with data collection, record keeping, and creating materials for the classroom
- Supervise students in the classroom, during pull-out classes, in the lunchroom, and on the playground
- Transport students within the building
- Assist with creating a safe and stimulating environment
Requirements
- Associates Degree, 60 credit hours in a higher educational institution, or passing score on Work Keys preferred
- Ability to analyze varied and complex functions, processes, and tasks for the preparation of varied and complex records and reports
- Ability to work independently on responsible and confidential assignments and complex administrative tasks
