Job Summary
NLC Support seeks a highly motivated and empathetic Support Worker Specialist to join our residential group home in Ewing, NJ. As a DSP, you will work closely with residents who require assistance with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily lives.
  • Provide safe and reliable transportation to medical appointments and social events.
  • Keep accurate records of services delivered.
  • Foster a supportive environment for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Help residents acquire essential life skills.
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of individuals in our care.
  • Respond to crisis situations as necessary.
  • Complete other tasks as directed by management.

Requirements and Benefits
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Must pass background check, Cari Check, and drug test requirements.
  • Possess current CPR Certification.
  • Eligibility for Group Medical and Dental Insurance.
