  • Manage Facility-Level Operations: Oversee the management of the facility, including labor costs, inventory management, and delivery operations.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of improving safety results, successful continuous improvement initiatives, and superior cost and management results.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills, with experience presenting to regional and local leadership teams, and frontline employees.
  • Industry Knowledge: A background in the management of warehouse, inventory, and delivery operations, with knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal, State, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) compliance.
  • Technical Skills: Experience working with material handling equipment (MHE), understanding warehouse capacity requirements, building, loading, and delivery principles, FIFO and logistics principles.
