Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing restaurant operations, leading high-performing teams, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Lead and direct all facets of restaurant operations, ensuring effective and efficient day-to-day and long-term operations.
  • Team Management: Assist with training, recruiting, HR, and administrative duties; assist with financials and statement preparation; and provide guidance and leadership to hourly and management teams.
  • Customer Service: Respond immediately and effectively to guest and employee needs and feedback.
  • Cost Management: Assist in managing costs, driving sales, and growing the business in support of financial goals.
  • Inventory Management: Perform regular and ad hoc inventories of food, beverage, and restaurant supplies and track high-cost items.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • 3+ years of GM experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Skilled in leading and developing teams
  • Experienced with inventory and BOH systems
