">Platinum Health Solutions Llc is a leading health insurance provider seeking a skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team at the Health Insurance Enrollment Center. As a critical member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, addressing their needs, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand and address their concerns or inquiries.
- Accurately and promptly respond to client inquiries, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, comments, and inquiries.
- Appropriately use software, databases, call scripts, and other tools.
- Strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering excellent and consistent customer service.
- Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position.
- Build lasting relationships with call center team members based on trust and reliability.
- Immediately escalate any concerns to the appropriate management team member.
Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per annum
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- A committed and diligent approach to work.
- Ambition to grow and advance within the company.
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Reliable transportation or a valid driver's license.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health insurance is a bonus but not required, as we provide training.
