About Us
">Platinum Health Solutions Llc is a leading health insurance provider seeking a skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team at the Health Insurance Enrollment Center. As a critical member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, addressing their needs, and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with clients to understand and address their concerns or inquiries.
  2. Accurately and promptly respond to client inquiries, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
  3. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, comments, and inquiries.
  4. Appropriately use software, databases, call scripts, and other tools.
  5. Strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering excellent and consistent customer service.
  6. Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company and position.
  7. Build lasting relationships with call center team members based on trust and reliability.
  8. Immediately escalate any concerns to the appropriate management team member.

Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per annum

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • A committed and diligent approach to work.
  • Ambition to grow and advance within the company.
  • Sharp attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Reliable transportation or a valid driver's license.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of health insurance is a bonus but not required, as we provide training.
