We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Expert to join our team at GEICO's Melville, NY office. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by showcasing expertise and building trust
- Effectively communicate with customers and respond to their needs
- Make policy changes and answer billing questions
- Recommend solutions to customer issues and concerns
Qualifications:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
