Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in building relationships and delivering exceptional risk solutions to clients, helping businesses and individuals protect what matters most to them while driving the growth of our business and your own success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set and achieve new business goals
  • Identify, target, and prospect new business opportunities using our sales tools
  • Manage new business sales pipeline and follow up on leads and prospects to ensure new business goals are met
  • Work in conjunction with internal teams to identify cross-sell opportunities and utilize multi-disciplinary resources to maximize results
  • Attend community events, work personal networks, and participate in activities that drive new business sales goals
Requirements:
  • Must hold appropriate and valid insurance licenses and driver's licenses
  • 3+ years of insurance sales experience
  • Bringing a thorough understanding of insurance underwriting and including rating procedures
  • Self-starter with good communications skills and strong sales skills
  • Competitive, persistent and self-reliant, with high energy and sales drive

  • Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 (commensurate upon experience)
