Healthcare Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Beacon Hill Staffing Group. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, providing accurate information about our services and products.
- Provide product and service information: Educate customers on our offerings and ensure they have a clear understanding of our services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Identify and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
- Document customer interactions: Update customer records with accurate information from each interaction.
- Work schedule: This position requires working day shift hours, Monday through Friday, with no weekend work required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience: Candidates must have previous experience in healthcare customer service to be considered for this role.
- Language proficiency: Spanish speaking candidates are preferred but not required.
- Typing speed: All candidates must pass a 45 WPM typing test.
- Commute requirements: This position is fully onsite, and candidates must be able to commute to Elmhurst, IL 5 days a week.
