About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join our team at Sapphire Ventures. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advertising measures to promote the sale of our products in retail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptual Project Management: Develop and implement integrated above- and below-the-line campaigns to promote the sale of our products, including advertisements, out-of-home, audio spots, POS advertising materials, and digital spots.
  • Collaboration with Field Sales Team: Work closely with our field sales team to maximize the visibility of our products at the point of sale and develop strategic measures to promote sales.
  • Advertising Material Conceptualization: Conceptualize advertising materials such as goodies and retailer gifts to strengthen brand presence and expand retailer loyalty.
  • Sales Material Creation: Create professional sales materials, including PowerPoint presentations, to provide our sales partners with compelling arguments for selling our products.
  • Measurements and Evaluation: Continuously evaluate and monitor advertising measures using relevant metrics to optimize the effectiveness of marketing strategies and achieve target goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in business administration with a focus on marketing and trade or comparable education.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in advertising or trade marketing.
  • Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, open-minded and creative, highly motivated.
