Position Overview:

As an Analytical Quality Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and quality of our products through rigorous testing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and assist in the analytical evaluation of raw materials, in-process samples, and final products.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques including HPLC, GC, CE, ICP, FTIR, TOC, MS, and dissolution apparatus.
• Adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and comply with all established standard operating procedures.
• Review and validate data produced by fellow technicians to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop, validate, and troubleshoot analytical methodologies to enhance testing efficiency.
• Facilitate method transfers from various departments and facilities.
• Draft and maintain standard operating procedures and analytical methods documentation.
• Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment and analytical instruments within your expertise.
• Assist in the calibration and qualification of laboratory equipment.
• Support laboratory management in preparing for internal, customer, and regulatory audits.

Essential Skills:

• Proficient in HPLC, in-process analysis, raw material testing, GCMS, FTIR, and familiarity with FDA regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or a related field with 2-4 years of experience in a laboratory setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated experience with analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, CE, ICP, FTIR, TOC, MS, and dissolution apparatus.
