Job Overview

The Analytics Management Team collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders, utilizing predictive analytics and sophisticated statistical methodologies to enhance decision-making processes. The Analytics Manager oversees analytic projects from initiation to completion, delivering actionable insights and results that assist clients in achieving their strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison for analytics outputs to the Account Management Team and clients.
  • Support the formulation of project specifications, analytic strategies, statements of work, timelines, and other essential documentation for deliverable management.
  • Ensure comprehensive oversight of analytic projects, focusing on timeliness, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Supervise junior team members who collaborate with various stakeholders to manage data logistics, including data transfers and understanding data structures and business rules for effective project execution.
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control on data and report outputs to guarantee precision.
  • Work with leadership to establish strategic direction and perform analyses by qualitatively and/or quantitatively evaluating data.
  • Generate reports that reveal insights and formulate business recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Present findings to key stakeholders, effectively communicating essential insights and recommendations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure the successful completion of analytic initiatives.
  • Guide and mentor junior staff and project team members.
  • Create engaging presentations that deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Engage in the sales process by assisting in the development of proposals that align with client needs.
  • Prioritize and monitor project advancement against established goals, tracking budgeted hours.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics).
  • Over 5 years of experience in the marketing analytics sector.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and/or R, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with large-scale data environments and complex databases.
  • A collaborative team player with the capability to mentor and lead junior analysts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects and personnel concurrently.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at building relationships across diverse teams (including statistical, technical, and marketing resources).
  • Ability to visually represent data, creating impactful presentations that effectively showcase the value of analytic deliverables.
  • Highly motivated and cooperative.
  • Robust technical skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail (QA/QC).
  • Effective organizational and time management abilities.
  • Professional judgment.
  • Experience with Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in eCommerce marketing.
  • Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.
  • Knowledge of automotive marketing.
  • Experience in mentoring or managing direct reports.
  • Willingness to travel 5%-10%.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000.00
