As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing evening valet trash operations, overseeing a part-time workforce, and ensuring that all routes are covered with porters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a part-time workforce, ensuring that all routes are covered with porters and that quality audit checks are met.
  • Work with Regional Manager to staff new porters as CCS adds new properties or to replace current porters.
  • Problem-solve issues with porters during valet trash service and perform service audits on properties after porter has completed route.
  • Assist in rolling out new communities, including distributing containers and marketing materials, and staffing communities.
  • Complete payroll for assigned communities.
Requirements
  • Detail-oriented and well-versed in time management.
  • Ability to clearly communicate and handle physically demanding work for extended periods.
  • Willingness to grow with a rapidly expanding company.
  • Able to work remotely and at communities throughout the day, with night-time operations beginning at 6:00pm and concluding by 11:45pm.
