Community Concierge Services LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented District Operations Manager to join our team in Austin, TX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing evening valet trash operations, overseeing a part-time workforce, and ensuring that all routes are covered with porters.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a part-time workforce, ensuring that all routes are covered with porters and that quality audit checks are met.
- Work with Regional Manager to staff new porters as CCS adds new properties or to replace current porters.
- Problem-solve issues with porters during valet trash service and perform service audits on properties after porter has completed route.
- Assist in rolling out new communities, including distributing containers and marketing materials, and staffing communities.
- Complete payroll for assigned communities.
- Detail-oriented and well-versed in time management.
- Ability to clearly communicate and handle physically demanding work for extended periods.
- Willingness to grow with a rapidly expanding company.
- Able to work remotely and at communities throughout the day, with night-time operations beginning at 6:00pm and concluding by 11:45pm.
- A competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
