Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description
We are seeking a District Sales Manager to oversee the operations of multiple stores, including sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, and shrink. This is a seasonal position that typically starts in July and ends in November.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2-5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position, a flexible schedule, and the ability to work in excess of 8 hours per day. You will also need to be physically able to stand, walk, climb ladders, set up fixtures, lift and move up to 50 pounds.
