Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our senior management team and collaborate with Technology departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of space and property management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee floor maintenance, including management of equipment, signage, and confidential bins.
  • Track space availability for offices, workstations, hotel seats, and conference rooms.
  • Coordinate staff relocations and departmental reconfigurations.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding by managing seating assignments, equipment distribution, and account access.
  • Handle requests for hardware, software, market data, and voice services.
  • Conduct building audits to ensure accurate employee locations and room configurations, updating the space database as necessary.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience working with senior management and collaborating with Technology teams.
  • Understanding of general administration and space/property management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), with familiarity in SharePoint and Jive considered a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a corporate environment.
