Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Wine Sales Representative to join our exceptional sales team at VinoPRO. As a Sales Representative, your role will involve generating sales from wine enthusiasts who have an established relationship with our client wineries. You will provide personalized advice and information on wines that align with customers' taste preferences and busy lifestyles. Additionally, you will ensure their favorite wines remain in stock, introduce them to new wines and special releases, and keep them informed about winery activities.

VinoPRO is a trusted partner for wineries, offering professional sales services tailored to their needs. Our team engages with customers who have already shown interest in the wineries, whether through visiting tasting rooms, joining wine clubs, or subscribing to mailing lists. By leveraging these warm leads, we foster personalized conversations and maximize wine sales while strengthening the bond between the winery and its clientele.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating sales from wine enthusiasts
  • Providing personalized advice and information on wines
  • Ensuring customers' favorite wines remain in stock
  • Introducing customers to new wines and special releases
  • Keeping customers informed about winery activities

Requirements:

  • MINIMUM of 1-3 years of Call Center or WFH Phone Sales experience
  • Some familiarity with wine is a plus but not a requirement (we will teach you)
  • Ability to overcome objections and close sales over the phone
  • Excellent verbal communicator
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Reliable high-speed home internet
  • A designated, uninterrupted workspace for remote work
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and competencies, including familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, email and instant messaging communication, internet browsing, and navigating between several applications simultaneously. A computer skills test will be administered and must be passed to be hired.
  • Demonstrates adaptability to learn new technologies, troubleshoot common computer issues independently, follow instructions for computer-based tasks, and use keyboard shortcuts and basic functions for increased productivity.
  • Must be able to work the following hours (non-negotiable) from your home office

  • Hourly + Commission (Successful Sales Reps Earn $18-$30 or More per hour including Commission)
