Collection Specialist

At Tone Up Health & Fitness, we're committed to providing an exceptional experience for our members. We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collection Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payments efficiently and effectively while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Monitor memberships to identify outstanding debts or delinquency, and investigate the reasoning behind it.
- Communicate with members to resolve billing issues and update their accounts.
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status to management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage stress and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn new software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work between 9am-5pm.
- Proficiency in Spanish communication.
