Vehicle Operations Coordinator

AgSouth Farm Credit is looking for a dedicated Vehicle Operations Coordinator to become part of our team. This role is integral to overseeing the organization's Vehicle Management process. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, procuring company vehicles, managing insurance matters, and ensuring compliance with fleet policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Management: Collaborate with external fleet management partners to acquire vehicles and guarantee timely delivery to personnel. Ensure proper disposal of vehicles in accordance with established policies and procedures. Maintain an accurate inventory of fleet vehicles and provide updates as necessary. Oversee vehicle licensing and registration processes. Prepare and submit insurance claims as required. Ensure that fleet policies and procedures are current and compliant with regulations. Perform general accounting tasks related to fleet management. Keep precise and updated records for all assigned responsibilities. Confirm that all drivers within the organization possess valid licenses and have completed necessary training. Generate reports for management regarding budgeting, maintenance, and fleet operations as needed.
Support for Drivers and Fleet Program: Engage with drivers to facilitate the delivery and disposal of vehicles. Ensure timely communication with drivers regarding vehicle-related matters. Maintain accurate records with FCC Services and ensure that monthly reports are submitted on time. Coordinate necessary repairs with drivers as required.
Qualifications:
- Education and/or experience equivalent to an associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is preferred.
- 0 - 3 years of experience in administrative or customer support roles.
