Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join our team at Tricolor Auto Group. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, general ledger reconciliation, and accounting policy development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial reporting and general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with US GAAP.
  • Drive accounting-related initiatives across the organization, collaborating with business leaders, vendors, and consultants.
  • Actively develop and mentor staff for succession planning and career growth.
  • Assist in the adoption of new accounting standards, including researching standards, preparing written accounting policies, and preparing new disclosures.
  • Oversee and/or assist with external audits, including banking compliance and financial audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, required.
  • CPA certification, required.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred proficiency in Oracle ERP.
  • Able to pass a drug test and background check.

Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience, with Big 4 accounting experience preferred.
