Position Overview:

The Financial Reporting Assistant Manager will aid the Controller in overseeing the financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements. This position entails managing daily financial tasks, assisting in the budgeting and forecasting processes, and generating financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily operations of the finance department.
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
Support the month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and organizational policies.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Coordinate with external auditors and oversee audit processes.
Monitor internal controls and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
CPA or CMA designation preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of GAAP.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
