  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments across all organizational departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting is mandatory.

Financial and Computational Skills:

Proficient in interpreting financial statements, budgets, and audit reports. Capable of performing fundamental mathematical operations and applying basic algebra, geometry, and statistics. Familiarity with computer systems and their functionalities is essential.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Skilled in interpreting a wide range of technical instructions presented in various formats.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prepare periodic reports or analyses as assigned.
  • Assist in developing the organizational budget and consolidating departmental budgets.
  • Maintain the general ledger for the organization.
  • Manage cash flow and provide timely reporting.
  • Monitor daily financial reports summarizing cash balances and accounts receivable.
  • Review purchase orders and authorize expenditures.
  • Maintain schedules for depreciation, fixed assets, and software licenses.
  • Respond to inquiries from other departments regarding financial matters.
  • Prepare reports for regulatory compliance.
  • Travel as necessary for meetings and training.
  • Prepare tax returns and respond to related inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
