Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Orientation:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary documentation and conducting background checks.
  • Organize and lead orientation sessions to ensure new hires transition smoothly into their roles.

Benefits Management:

  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health plans and retirement options.

Receptionist Duties:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and employees, maintaining a professional front desk presence.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
  • Prepare HR-related documents and reports as required.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department and perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with occasional overtime during peak periods. The role involves a diverse working environment, including both office and production areas, requiring regular interaction with employees and visitors.
