Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Orientation:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing necessary documentation and conducting background checks.
- Organize and lead orientation sessions to ensure new hires transition smoothly into their roles.

Receptionist Duties:
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and employees, maintaining a professional front desk presence.
- Handle general inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
- Prepare HR-related documents and reports as required.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department and perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with occasional overtime during peak periods. The role involves a diverse working environment, including both office and production areas, requiring regular interaction with employees and visitors.
