As a Senior Human Resources Representative at ASI, you'll be an essential part of our HR team, ensuring smooth HR operations, supporting employee engagement, and promoting diversity and inclusion. You'll collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to address employee needs, onboard new team members, and contribute to our success by maintaining effective HR practices. How You'll Create Possibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Employee Relations (50%) : Provide support for non-complex employee relations, addressing concerns efficiently and with care to ensure a positive experience.

  • New Hire Assimilation (15%) : Lead onboarding and orientation sessions to help new team members feel welcome and empowered.

  • Employee Data Management (15%) : Accurately manage employee records, including corrective actions, salary changes, and personal data, while ensuring data integrity across our HR systems.

  • Employee Engagement (10%) : Support initiatives that foster team building, employee well-being, and engagement.

  • HR Projects & Initiatives (5%) : Contribute to HR projects that align with business goals and help drive organizational success.

  • Team Collaboration (5%) : Work with other HR team members, offering support and ensuring seamless operations.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset when faced with challenges

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care

Preferred Qualifications :

  • College coursework or degree in a related field

  • Bilingual in Spanish/English

  • 1-2 years of HR experience, especially in employee relations

  • Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS)

  • HR experience in a contact center environment

*This role is remote in the US, working EST hours
