Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of leadership experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work 45+ hours per week, including weekends.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • A positive attitude and a sense of urgency are essential.

Compensation Details:

  • Annual Salary: $42,000
  • Full-time Position
  • In-Person Work Environment

Work Schedule:

  • 10-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed

Experience Requirements:

  • Store management: 2 years (Required)
  • Experience in car wash operations: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License required
