Job Description

The Team Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising and managing all day-to-day store operations, ensuring 100% compliance with our established Company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to store staff, working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
  • Assume full responsibility for all store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
  • Consistently strive to meet and exceed established sales, service, and operational objectives.
  • Manage customer issues with a sense of urgency and to the satisfaction of our customers.
  • Oversee all POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure.
  • Manage sales, discounts, and refunds, as well as loyalty programs.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control, including shipping and receiving, price management, and conducting physical inventory.
  • Maintain a visually appealing sales floor, adhering to company standards for merchandise placement, sales floor maintenance, and promotional event directions.
  • Manage payroll control, including scheduling, payroll budget compliance, time and attendance, and training and development of direct reports.
  • Work towards a complete understanding of managing all day-to-day operations, including loss prevention and protection of company assets.
Working Relationships

Collaborate with customers, sales associates, store management, district/regional managers, and store operations and training personnel to achieve our goals.
