Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise parking attendants, maintenance personnel, and administrative staff to ensure efficient operation of off-street parking facilities.
  • Operations Oversight: Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols for off-street parking facilities, including ingress/egress management, fee collection, signage, and safety measures.
  • Revenue Management: Develop pricing strategies, rate structures, and fee schedules to maximize revenue generation while remaining competitive within the local market.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer service by providing assistance, information, and support to patrons regarding parking policies, payment options, and facility amenities.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or related field; additional certifications in parking management or facilities operations are advantageous.
  • Experience: Previous experience in parking management, operations management, or related role, with a demonstrated track record of success in managing off-street parking facilities.
