  • Revenue Growth: Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth.

  • Cash Management: Show proficiency and adherence to cash management and accounting protocols.
  • Leadership Development: Deliver effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
  • Communication: Maintain open and trust-based relationships with direct supervisors and address issues and concerns promptly.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, state, federal, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Reporting: Report weekly to the Regional Manager detailing accomplishments, areas for improvement, clear performance goals, and effectiveness of systems.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
  • License: Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Travel: Reliable means of transportation to travel to multiple offices per day.

  • Education: Associate degree or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Five or more years of experience leading a team, mentoring, and coaching subordinates.

Work Environment:
