- Cash Management: Show proficiency and adherence to cash management and accounting protocols.
- Leadership Development: Deliver effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
- Communication: Maintain open and trust-based relationships with direct supervisors and address issues and concerns promptly.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, state, federal, and other regulatory bodies.
- Reporting: Report weekly to the Regional Manager detailing accomplishments, areas for improvement, clear performance goals, and effectiveness of systems.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
- License: Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
- Travel: Reliable means of transportation to travel to multiple offices per day.
- Education: Associate degree or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: Five or more years of experience leading a team, mentoring, and coaching subordinates.
- Results-Oriented: Energetic self-starter, sets realistic goals, meets commitments, persistent, prioritizes daily to achieve results.
