Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Support Staff: Supervise and support a team of Client Care Technicians to ensure they are carrying out their duties and responsibilities effectively.
- Residential Unit Management: Oversee the daily operations of the residential units, ensuring they are safe, clean, and orderly.
- Client Care and Development: Provide direct care and support to our foster youth residents, including overseeing their safety, social and emotional development, and ensuring they receive necessary services and programming.
- Program Development and Implementation: Develop and implement programs and services to support the needs of our foster youth residents, including scheduling and coordinating activities and events.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination of services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as management, human services, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in a residential or youth services setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: Current CPR/First Aid certification and ability to obtain other relevant certifications as required.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of mental health theory and practice, ability to work with diverse populations, and proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office suite.
