Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at INSPYR Solutions. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the coordination and execution of various events and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including logistical preparation and coordination with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with event owners, trade partners, and suppliers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Process samples and donations for events.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and one year of experience or equivalent education and related experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of other MS Office Suite and software applications related to job functions.
Physical Demands:
  • Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine.
  • Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping.
  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs.
