The Survey Supervisor is responsible for managing and coordinating the daily activities of field crews, directly reporting to the project manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, guide, and assess the efforts of field crews
  • Align field crew schedules with the project manager and client requirements
  • Ensure the quality of field data and review progress reports
  • Facilitate daily staff meetings focused on safety and operational updates
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and contractors
  • Review resumes and provide recommendations for hiring decisions
  • Establish direction, set priorities, and manage resource allocation

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Comprehensive understanding of surveying practices within the Oil and Gas sector
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Surveyor in the Oil and Gas field
