Job Overview

As a Inside Sales Agent at Refloor, you will be responsible for generating additional revenue by closing pending sales opportunities and reducing cancellations of recently sold customers. Your primary goal will be to promote customer satisfaction while working closely with the marketing and operations departments.

Salary & Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $100,000, including uncapped incentive pay with accelerators. Additionally, you will receive medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, pet insurance, and a 401(k) program.

Job Description
As an Inside Sales Agent, your key responsibilities will include contacting all pending sales opportunities to close additional business, monitoring and reviewing cancellations within Salesforce, presenting pricing options and financing, completing sales transactions, securing customer commitments, and finalizing necessary paperwork. You will also attend weekly training sessions and seminars to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need 1-3 years of over-the-phone/virtual sales experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic math and computer proficiency, and experience with Salesforce & Microsoft Office.
