Thermal and Fluids Vehicle Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Thermal and Fluids Vehicle Systems Engineer to join our team at Blue Origin. As a key member of our Vehicle Integration Team, you will be responsible for the integration of fluids and thermal subsystems on our lunar lander. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our spacecraft.
Responsibilities- Support the development and verification of the Fluids/Thermal Interface Control Documents (ICD) for the MK1 lunar lander vehicle.
- Define tests and verifications activities for the MK1 lunar lander vehicle Fluids/Thermal ICD and own the verification data package for the ICD.
- Track thermal conductivity for MK1 vehicle major components to provide inputs for vehicle thermal analysis.
- Review, scrub, and update the MK1 vehicle Component Temperature List (CTL).
- Contribute to the development and documentation of MK1 Fluids/Thermal vehicle requirements and verification data package.
- Lead or contribute to the vehicle level requirements and associated verification and test activities focused on thermal and fluids integration areas.
- Lead or contribute to the vehicle level risks focused on thermal and fluids integration areas.
- Define test plans for thermal and fluids integration areas.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in thermal and fluids engineering, with experience in spacecraft systems integration. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
