General Summary:
The Parking Services Coordinator ensures that the facility remains tidy and that vehicles are parked appropriately by regularly patrolling and confirming payment for each vehicle. This role involves a combination of routine general housekeeping and patrol responsibilities.
Compensation: Compensation is dependent on experience and ranges from $18.50-$20.00/hour.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspect the parking area at the start of each shift for cleanliness and maintenance issues. Report any needs to the Parking Supervisor.
- Continuously patrol each level of the parking area to ensure that revenue is collected from each vehicle. Provide enforcement when necessary.
- Act as an ambassador for ASM Global. Respond to routine inquiries and assist the public with vehicle-related issues to the extent possible.
- Maintain parking equipment in a clean and operational condition, setting up and removing traffic control items as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED, preferred
Skills and Abilities:

This position requires frequent walking, climbing stairs, standing on cement floors, turning, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Heavy lifting up to 50lbs may include manual labor. Use of tools and equipment operation that could cause personal harm or injury if improperly handled. May be subject to adverse working conditions including weather, fumes, noise, dust, etc. Radio usage of a two-way handheld may be required. Irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays may be required based on event schedules and/or departmental needs.
