Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Parking Operations: Inspect the parking lot regularly to ensure cleanliness and maintenance, and report any issues to the Parking Supervisor.
- Revenue Collection: Patrol the parking lot to ensure revenue is collected from all vehicles, and provide enforcement when necessary.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain parking equipment in clean and work-ready condition, and set up and remove traffic control items as needed.
- Teamwork: Work effectively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of our parking facilities.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and ability to provide customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
- Physical Demands: Frequent walking, climbing stairs, standing on cement floors, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
