Your Role

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to contribute significantly to a range of innovative infrastructure initiatives, particularly focusing on railway systems and stations.

As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will engage in both local and regional rail projects, tackling complex challenges and advising clients on effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior engineers in various planning and design tasks related to railway infrastructure across the Americas.
  • Prepare and assess technical drawings.
  • Collaborate with different disciplines and assist project managers in completing assigned responsibilities.
  • Draft reports for both internal and external stakeholders based on design progress and evaluations.
  • Present technical information in both traditional and innovative formats for diverse audiences.
  • Stay informed about trends and best practices within the civil and rail sectors.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in civil engineering design, with a preference for railway project experience.
  • Certification as an Engineer in Training (EIT) or Fundamentals of Engineering (FE).
  • Proficiency in MicroStation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills essential for effective teamwork.
  • Excellent planning abilities to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Presentation skills suitable for engaging with colleagues at all levels.
