Job Title: Client Services Manager

At Panavision, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in client relations, hospitality, and post-production services.

Job Summary:

The Client Services Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, managing client relationships, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. This role requires a strong understanding of client needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage client relationships, including communication, issue resolution, and conflict management.
  • Coordinate and execute client events, such as presentations, mixers, and parties.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of client-facing policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, hospitality, or post-production services.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of client needs and preferences.
